Former Cllr wins Legal battle against GMP

Many will remember the stories I wrote on how Donna Hall lied about Cllrs and Ex Cllrs to her special friend at the Police and to get them to arrest the Cllrs, or former cllrs. Each one fought and won. Myself even took GMP to the high court and won. 

Many have asked are those involved suing the police and yes and I can exclusively reveal that the first of the cases has now been settled out of court and former Cllr Roberyt Bleakley was the first to start the action against GMP and now an out of court settlement between GMP and Mr Bleakley. 

Robert said he is delighted at taking the corrupt police force on and winning,Not only does GMP have to pay compensation to Mr Bleakley but also pay his legal bill as well. Whilst it is great news for Mr Bleakley it is sad for the tax payers of Wigan to pick up this bill all because of Donna Hall's lies. This is after she cost wigan tax payers millions. She should have to pick the bill up not the tax payers in my opinion.  

 

So I have learnt that Wigan Council go at it again. When I say go at it again, I mean getting rid of your voice. 

We all know that people go to the polls and vote for people from all political persuasion. The winners get in, most time any way, and they are meant to represent the residents. No issues or problem with this. So, if you have an issue you could go to your local Cllr and ask for help and support over a matter that may be around for you. Could be your bins have not been collected, pot holes to schooling and other matters. 

As a former Cllr of 12 years I know when Cllrs get these kind of matters raised with them Cllrs would ring or email the officers or relevant dept to get it resolved for the resident(s). But some time ago they stopped Cllrs email officers and said you have to put it in a central system. The issue with this is there is no accountability and no one gets back to you and the council just hope it sits there and you and the resident gets bored and go away. Some Cllrs when they didn't get an answer would ring the officers and chase but no more.

Wigan Council have ripped out all the phones for Cllrs so they cannot ring officers and ask where things are up to and/ or raise matters. A simple things that residents would think is basic that their Cllrs ( whatever colour they belong too)  can contact officers on their behalf. But not in Wigan. 

This Labour Council simply don't want you to have a voice, including one from your local Cllr, no matter which party they belong too. They just don't care about you or your lives! What is the point of having Cllrs if they don't let them represent you and help you? Why may them millions to do nothing on your behalf? 

Labour need to know that you are in control and you should have a voice there each and every day to support you.
