Is Keir Starmr a Hypocrite?

So in the wake of the Equality and Human Rights Commission's (EHRC) report into Labour antisemitism where the Labour Party was found to have discriminated and harassed Jewish people.

Now, this was a tight lip issue every newspaper and media outlet reported it and also 9 Labour MP's quit the party in protest of the treatment from the Labour hierarchy. So it was not a secret nor not known. But yet we all know the failings of Jeremy Corbyn but the report doesn't name a single person responsible but the leadership hierarchy.  That surely includes the shadow cabinet. Keir Starmer was the Director of Public Prosecutions when Labour was in power. So a well-qualified lawyer and mind yet when he served in Jeremy Corbyn's Shadow cabinet he said not a single word against it, knowing had he would have been kicked out of the shadow cabinet. An example - to me- that he puts his own interest before others. He did not speak out in support for those that were being treated disgracefully. Yet as a well qualified and highly experienced lawyer, so he would surely have been able to see what was happening with what people were saying and quitting the party for. But yet nothing! Instead, he was telling people to vote for Jeremy Corbyn to be the Prime Minister.

Now the EHRC report is out and it is damning Keir Starmer kicks out the Labour former leader - Jeremy Corbyn. Keir should share some responsibility surely as whilst acting now after the report he did nothing whilst it was happening and carrying on. For me that makes him a hypocrite! Shame on him for letting the Jewish people and community down while it was going on. As a highly experienced lawyer who surely could see what was happening, being reported and others acted on, he did nothing! Well, he did he told people to make Jeremy Corbyn the next Prime Minister. Shocking.

This kind of flip-flopping is a characteristic that is coming more and more from  Keir Starmer. Time after time he flips flops from one side to the other. In fact, he is more of a liberal than a socialist for me.  Another example would be when he said he was in favour of a National lockdown and when Parliament was voting for tightening up some restrictions - but not proposing a full lockdown - Keir Starmer didn't even turn up to Parliament to vote. Boris Johnson even made reference to this by saying he (Keir Starmer) says one thing at 5pm and then fails to turn up to vote. I have said there are a number of home goals Boris has done but Keir Starmer did a massive home goal on that occasion and it shows he flip flops over decisions time and time again. So for me, Keir Starmer has flipped the socialist party to a liberal fence-sitting party who will tell you one answer at 5pmand a different one at 10pm.

Government and free food for Kids in school holidays

There has been a lot of media over the Government refusing to give children free school meals over the school holidays. There has also been some disagreeing with this saying that it is the responsibility of the parents to do this.

The left are going to new lengths of vandalising Conservative MP's offices if they voted to not do this. Some Tory MP's and councils broke ranks and voted to pay for this and obviously Marcus Rashfird has taken a role in this campaign as well.

I do believe it is the responsibility of the parents to feed their children but then there are cases where parents work so hard and struggle on low-pay work and paying the bills etc. I know people that work, and have worked in schools, that tell me about how sometimes it is obvious kids are hungry and they try and get them food and larger portions. So I don't believe that any right-minded person should, or would, want to see children going hungry and I am shocked that given the large bill the Government is running up over the Covid pandemic they couldn't find the money, especially as they found money to give themselves a pay rise. That is not only despicable in my book but downright inconceivable that they would do that, plus giving themselves an extra £10K for working from home in the Covid lockdown.

But on the other side of the argument, I can see why some people are against this as I saw on Sky News today a lady who was collecting packed lunches from a food charity and she said it was a lifeline as she couldn't afford to feed her kids. This lady had a large number of tattoos all over inc her neck. Whilst I do not have any myself, I understand that these can cost thousands, and you think with the number and size of them you think how can she not feed her kids but can find the money for all those tattoos? But that is not the best bit she had - wait for it...... 9 kids. That is ridiculous that as how did she think she could afford 9 kids. I know how much 3 can cost and whilst we all may love having children we stop at where the line crosses. If you were a multi-millionaire then fair enough but if you are a single parent and live on benefits how can you think it is ok to have 9 kids. Then she thinks it is only right the Government pay for them. What about her and the dad(s) pay for them? Hang on no it is all the other people that are working that are paying for them and I am sure no one minds helping those that need it in terms of benefits or other help but I am quite sure we all would agree with people like this take the Michael out of the system and I can see why some take issue with people like this.

The issue with the example above is that the kids may go hungry because she can't afford to feed them and uses money on herself but we can't blame the children or let them go hungry but there has to be a way that people cannot misuse the money they get from benefits for themselves and not their children?

What is going on?

Tier 3 pantomime

So this week we went into tier 3 of this so-called lockdown. This was after 10 days of going back and forth between Andy Burnham and the Government. Everyone had accepted this was going to happen but yet these two idiots were just arguing how was going to put us in it.

In the end, Boris had had enough and called it a day and you have to accept this would need to happen. But the Government had wanted u to have £22m and Andy Burham wanted £100m. They had agreed £60m then Andy Burnham apparently went back to the Council leaders and they wanted a further £5m. The Government response was no that's it! So then when it was all the media and Boris was going to announce the deal was dead Andy popped up just before him on the street in Manchester and then when trying to blame the Government one of his little helpers, or puppet masters, popped along and showed his phone and showed him their phones and he is like they are just telling me now on social media etc, when it came out that he knew hours before his little impromptu press call. Own Goal there.

I get that he wanted to get the best deal - very subjective the word best what is best? - anyway, when he knew that was the end of the road he should have done what the Labour Major did in South Yorkshire the following day and said I wanted more but this was the most we could get so we will have to take it.

Everyone knew we were going to go into Tier 3 but Boris and Andy were just to busy trying to blame the other for putting us in it. Andy kept harping on about bouncers and taxi drivers, what about airline pilots, airline staff, the ground crew at Manchester Airport, travel agents and other jobs and industry's that are suffering from this? He didn't mention them!

So the government said they will review it in 28 days and I doubt we will see an inside of the pub this side of Xmas and whilst all this is going on Tory MP's are voting to stop kids getting free kids in the school holidays whilst taking a pay rise themselves. Talk about one rule for one and another for them. It is shocking. No wonder people have had enough.

Operation Floret - concludes

So many readers on here will be aware of the complaint I put into Greater Manchester Police (GMP) about their dodgy corrupt police officers who colluded with Ex-Chief Executive Donna Hall, who was ultimately sacked by Wigan Council on a course of action of harassment and political cleansing that Putin would be proud of.  For those that are not aware of the complaint see the original post here.

So GMP initially did a review of mine and then another complaint and found the allegations so damming and true that they then complied a report to send to the IOPC, who then, in turn, advised that a new officer without prior knowledge of the case could now carry out the internal investigation. So they got Officer J into this. Not only did he not do any kind of investigation he did very little. Apart from finding the officers not guilt in the official report - although he had told me numerous officers had in meetings - of which I obviously still have the recordings of the meetings.

That said the official report confirms that everything that I complained of took place. All the colluding and corruption. For some reason, he split his response to me into two reports. Possibly to try and limit how I can send this now over to the IOPC. Which will be their choice if they what they do.

I now have the second and final report and what is interesting that level of conclusion and harassment that GMP investigation goes where they confirm the disgraced ex-chief executive of Wigan Council Donna Hall took whilst in her post and colluded with key integral members of Standish Voice to try and get rid of me.

The reason why she would want to get rid of me and cleanse me and others is simply - we challenged the corrupt Wigan Council and their actions. Like how I was the McKenzie Friend for Steve jones when Donna Hall tried to unlawfully sack him, which I was integral in helping to keep his seat, but also keeping democracy by getting not one, but 2 High Court Judges on the Queen's bench to lambast Donna Hall in her actions.

we know from a document that was left on a photocopier in Wigan Town Hall that Labour strategy is to infiltrate, run, and control residents groups in the borough and here we have Standish Voice as the same. But also one of their key integral member interviewed and part of a corrupt police investigation. Doesn't surprise me.

What does surprise me somewhat is the level of collusion that Wigan Council ran this campaign of hate with Donna Hall getting the legal team to do her dirty work and getting the now. Chief Executive of Wigan Council Alison McKenzie-Folan running around gossiping to others like a little girl on a school playground about it all and telling lies.

So where I will be sending all my evidence to the IOPC, inc my recordings of the meetings and emails between me and the so-called investigating officer who at best took a guided tour. But we will see how the IOPC now views.

Many have asked about a book and I have always kept quiet, as I was aware that a book is being written about the whole corruption thing, with Donna Hall, Wigan Council and her dodgy friend(s at GMP, but as it has been leaked that I am helping the Author I can confirm that I have seen a significant part of the book and the author is certainly not holding back on any punches and whilst in a very early stage a TV drama is also being discussed - but I suspect this will be after the book.

Where is Labour Cllr Stephen Hellier

So Labour has over the years called those that do not live in Wigan and rightly so too. We had 2 Lib Dems move to Oz and they hadn't resigned as Cllrs. They should have resigned before emigrating. But when one of their Cllrs did the same thing nothing. Then Labour had another Cllr move to Ireland and didn't resign. Labour didn't have an issue with this.

Now we have another Wigan Labour Cllr Stephen Hellier who is still receiving his Cllrs allowance but he doesn't live in Wigan nor Great Manchester is being reported. Some say he has moved to Yorkshire and other suggestions he has moved abroad.

Each Cllr are entitled to a life and if they want to move to a different part of the country or world that is their right but what they cannot do is represent their constituents. So they should not be getting their  Cllrs allowance.

Labour Cllr Stephen Hellier received £15,445.98 last year and is the Chairman of the Planning Committee plus the Chairman of the Licencing and regulations committee. These positions gain him extra allowances on top of the basic allowance that Cllrs normally receive.

I understand that he has been contacted via the phone for comment and he refused to answer the simple question on whether he lived in Wigan or not. Instead, he said to email in and he would get the Town Hall to respond. Bizarre, the press dept at Wigan Council work for the council officers and not individual politicians. Is this yet more evidence of how Labour mistreat the rules and your taxpayer's money. Why would he not answer a simple question do you in in the ward or not? Not that hard or secret of a question.

So I will ask the Town Hall for their response and if they believe it is right that Wigan Taxpayers pay for a Cllr who cannot help constituents, nor lives in the borough.

Operation Floret update

For many that normally read this blog you will be wanting an update on the operation Floret. I know this as many have emailed and made comments on social media asking where it is up to. Also as one post stated, if Gareth Fairhurst is quiet on the topic it is no doubt because he is nailing some to the cross, which I found funny.

Operation Floret is the investigation by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) into corrupt officers and council officials. My first post was about what the dodgy bent coppers and what Donna Hall had done. That blog post is here. Then I did an update here earlier in the year. Gee, that seems so long ago and with the pandemic, it seems a whole different age.

So, where are we up to I hear you shout? Well after the December meeting that I had with the senior police officer in December of last year it was clear that he was trying to line me up that it was going to come back with a result that I would describe as a whitewash. After months of doing nothing on the case I mean he did nothing at all, I had my first part of my report back and if it was not a serious matter it would be laughable. I am now able to confirm that I have made a number of complaints to GMP during this time about this senior officer that was investigating the dodgy coppers that he was either doing a cover-up or inept of being able to do the work and for me, the report shows this is certainly the case. I can't go into too many details for a number of reasons I now have the opportunity to send the whole case to the IOPC and show why not only I felt this way, but can clearly use the report to evidence the officer wasn't up to the job. The report contradicts itself numerous times and leaves blanks all over the place. I have carried out a synopsis and sent it to my legal team to review as the bent dodgy coppers will not get away from it that easily.

What is interesting I had learned also that Donna Hall didn't only waste half a million pounds on the Steve jones case where she unlawfully tried to sack a democratically elected member until a High Court stopper her. But she also used her position as Chief Executive Council to get monitored CCTV, floodlighting panic alarms rigged to the police, which were all installed at her house at the taxpayer's expense and used taxpayers funds to get a Barrister to sue me, which she failed. All of this has cost the wigan taxpayers and an additional £100,000, so I am informed. Now before we go further this is the woman that complained of her tyres on her car were slashed 6 times and her bins gone threw. But she had no proof of any of this. Now as I have said before if you have you slashed once you would be mad, twice livid, a third time if you have not already you would have CCTV cameras on your car all the time. she alleges this was meant to have happened in 2014 but she waited 4 years to report it to the police. She had no evidence at all that any of her allegations were even true but yet GMP bent coppers have cost us all know to the tune of £1 million pounds in her phony false baseless allegations against me and 3 others.

She also had the staff including what I am lead to believe a Council solicitor running around after her and meddling in a criminal investigation, which is against the code of solicitors. I have written to the Council about this and they fail to get back to me and I will take the next appropriate action against that council officer.

After a national newspaper article I have been contacted about helping do a book on the whole thing which I am in discussions with. So watch this space.

So, the top and bottom of it GMP find themselves not guilty of being dodgy even though their report shows this. I am sure GMP wouldn't have thought for one minute that this would be the end of it and they have confirmed to me already this morning that there are things missing out of the report and they will be sending me more later. If things are missing and they admit to it it just goes to demonstrate evidence the inept and capacity to do the work in the first place.

The US should respect the mutal respect agreement

So today we have learnt that the Federal prosecutors have formally asked for Prince Andrew to help and assist their criminal inquiries into Jeffrey Epstein. I am sure many will know about the horrendous crimes that Epstein did and was convicted off and why he was in jail. I also do not believe that Prince Andrew should avoid helping the investigation.

The Federal Prosecutors are now asking formally under a mutual agreement that they get help from Prince Andrew. I am unclear if that means he has to go there or they come here.

But we in the Uk are equally outraged that Harry Dunn killer is hiding in the USA and the UK have asked for the US to return her to the UK? They refuse! The difference between Harry Dunn's killer and Prince Andrew is not wanted on any charges they want to interview him as a witness. We want their citizen as a suspect. It is not right that Anne Sacoolas escapes but yet the US think we just jump to their requests.

What I believe is that most people will say if Prince Andrew wants to and is going to help the Federal Prosecutors in the US they have to return their citizen first. If they want access to Prince Andrew under the Mutual agreement the keyword it mutual and it works both ways and not just one way.

6 weeks away - then what?

So at the beginning of this pandemic, I said that the recession that would come after the issue would be far worse than anything we have seen - Ever! For those that remember 2008, this will be far worse than that.

The Government always knew this and still does and treating us like fools. Yes, their first priority has to be the virus itself to save lives. That is not going well seeing as the Government didn't lock down soon enough and allow Cheltenham Races and other so to allow the spread of the virus. remember herd immunity wanting to get 6% of us to have the virus?

In May of this year, we should have had Local Elections and the Electoral Commission asked the Government for a 6-month delay. The answer finally came back saying it will be a 12-month delay till next May.  I believe this be for two reasons. First the health issue - this could be that we are still in lockdown. How likely that is is not that high given that other countries are now relaxing restrictions and also given the time gap you would have hoped the Government and work could have come up with other answers than lockdown. But never the less a possibility - no matter how remote.

But the second reason is for how much the Tories would take a battering at the polls given they know the outcome of this pandemic is one huge recession with mass job losses and failed businesses. Therefore the max they could have asked for was 12 month and hope some people be less likely to go out and vote against them. It would not be good for the Tories to get a hammering at the polls after such a huge success last December's general election.

Now the Chancellor is finally saying that he cannot save every household and business and there will be a disappointment after this is over. Here comes the drip-drip of trying to prepare the country for the disaster after. I have read a report on the BBC news site saying that it will be the worse financial disaster since the 1930 depression, and they could well be right.

Not very comforting for people and families but the Government should be open with us and should have been from the outset.

6 weeks away

When this lockdown started the Government stepped up to the plate and gave a range of things to help people this included furlough wages and 3 months mortgage holiday payments. Great something that was needed and required. But at this time all we seem to hear from the press is when will lockdown happen? One serious question that is not being asked what is going to happen in 6 weeks when the furlough wages stop and mortgage payments are due back. Millions of people will be affected but what is the Government going to do then? Drop everyone in it? Residents and business alike?  They should be telling people now what will happen in 6 weeks and what do they plan?

Uncertain times but some things never change

So followers of this blog will know the ongoing running investigation that goes on into the corrupt Greater Manchester Police officer(s) and Donna Hall.

After the monumental issues that I, and others have raised, evidenced and witnessed you would have thought that given that GMP ould just be quiet. Given what is also happening in the Country right now you'd have thought the police all over the country would be moving into issues relating to health and serious crime.

Some may remember the article in the Times where it is described that Donna Hall - sacked Ex Chief Executive of Wigan Labour-run Council would have just slopped off with her tail between her legs. As for Greater Manchester Police, you would have thought they would have thought thank god that is all over and we are just running a mop-up (investigation) of what took place and why.

But no you'd be wrong. There is an infamous line one Tony Blair aids said on 9/11 - it is a good day to bury bad news. Well for Donna Hall this means it is a good day to do business as usual as no one is watching. She'd be wrong!

I not only get many readers of the blog - which I thank you for - but I get many people contacting me over numerous issue. On such person, I will call D. D has contacted me in the past and was a person that was at Woodend and says they were a victim of the abuse of a care home that was run by Wigan Council. Lemn Sissay was another person that also spoke out about this facility. My first blog post was back in 2014 and here is that story.

D, contacted me again the other day and they now live outside of not only Wigan but outside Greater Manchester too. Anyway, I hear there is a private Facebook group and D is part of that group. Last week they made reference to what Donna Hall had done to me and others. I would refer you to the GMP run for the hills post here. Within 60 minutes, that is right within 60 minutes their local police force in the different part of the country was knocking on their door.

They claim that their comments about Donna hall could amount to Harassment, sound familiar? Anyway, they told them about the story and they were a victim and had legal representation and the police went away.

D, said they believed that Donna hall would have got the local cops to get their house. I disagree. I suspect that she yet again rang her dodgy bent copper friend in GMP and they, in turn, rang the police force local to the person and asked them to go around. So it would seem that Donna Hall is using GMP still as her private police force and she got sacked for her high profile bollocking by the High courts and asking millions of Taxpayers money. The question is if she is pulling these favours still, she either has something on a high ranking GMP officer that seriously risk it all for her or other favours are being pulled in other areas.

The new information I have will be put into the right arena and brought to the right people's attention. We will await the outcome of what happens with the info but if Donna Hall seriously believes she can continue to bully others by using dodgy bent coppers and try and silence her critics. She'd be wrong! She owes all the money that she misused for herself to be paid back. Money that a judge ordered HER to pay, not the taxpayers of Wigan. Why would Labour Cllrs not pursue this? Maybe she has things on them too?

British Government should tell Virgin Atlatic CEO to do one.

Virgin Atlantic Chairman - a guy called Peter Norris - has asked the "British Government" for a £7.5bn bailout. This is due to the Corona Virus and he says that they will have to lay people off. First and foremost I think most people will be sympathetic to anyone that is affected by this dreadful disease.

Here is my problem with Peter Norris and his request - Virgin Atlantic is a foreign-owned airline. 49% is owned by Delta Airways, Then the second-largest shareholder is Air France with 31%. Then Multi BILLIONAIRE - Richard Branson owns 20%.

So why on earth does this foreign-owned company believe that they and the Airline Industry is owed a bailout from the UK Government? There are a couple of systems to look at here is socialist - where the state owns and runs the companies and then capitalist where private shareholders own the company. The later is whereby the shareholder takes a risk in the business and they buy into a company that will make them money. I have absolutely no problem with free enterprise - this is not quite capitalism. For me the difference between free enterprise and capitalism is capitalism just pure greed buy people just to get richer and damn everyone else. Whereby, for me, free enterprise is where the private business owns and runs the business with the correct regulations. And it allows markets to freely compete, but not at any cost to others.

So here we have Virgin Atlantic which is majority-owned by foreign investors and then take the rich pickings and then when things go tits up they want the rest of us to pick them up and save them? I say no you can't have your cake and eat it! Especially if you are foreign-owned as well. cheeky gits.

Now, Virgin Atlantic has form for this, as they bought Flybe when that was struggling. It could be argued they outmanoeuvred the shareholders and left them with very little when they bought the struggling airline, but then when that too went bust again they thought they would ask the British Government for a bailout. If people want to buy a business they do it on the knowledge they get it right they will be rewarded with dividends etc but if it goes wrong then they lose the lot. If there was a small single shoemaker in a Town in the UK if that went bust the owner wouldn't get a bailout from the Government so why should these rich foreign-owned companies?

Also as part of the argument if the Government bailed out the airlines where does it stop? What about airport staff? What about travel agents? What about hotels? What about tourist attractions? The answer is you can't bail out rich foreign shareholders and leave the people of the country poorer for it. That is not how the free enterprise works - nor should it.

The harsh reality is if airlines go bust it is because there is no demand for it and when this virus is over then people will want to fly and the companies that are managed in a healthy manner will thrive. I am sure when these days come back - the sooner the better - new airlines will start again. It is a cycle and the shareholders know this and in these bad times, they should stop thinking about themselves but understand that most people will be affected in some ways.

Boris Johnson - Corona Hero or idiot?

So, Boris Johnson, this week rolled out on Thursday that the Government was moving to delay phrase. This, we were told, that would mean school closures, mass events being stopped and other measures, But surprisingly Boris Johnson said that even though he was moving to this phrase he was not going to introduce any of the measures above or what he had said previously.

The only thing he said to do if you have a new cough or fever to stay away from work and self-isolate for 7 days. However, those in your household wouldn't need to self isolate - which is a strange piece of advice - as surely those in the household would spread any disease that the person who is self-isolating had by being with them and then going out.

Also previously the government had said to self-isolate for 14 days and now it is 7 days. So why the change?

It is clear the Government is going into a very different direction than the rest of the world. The rest of the world seems to put more directions in to stop the spread of the virus but Boris Johnson said he wants about 60% of the population to get the virus and then we get what is known as a herd immunisation. Boris says that we have no treatment or vaccinations yet for this virus and if we do what other countries do then all we do is release the virus again when the restrictions are lifted. And this would make sense. But for me what I guess this buys those Government is time for treatments and poss vaccinations to be developed, so when it is released they are better prepared. Whereby Boris plan is just to try and get 60% infected and then to get this herd immunisation. But then he said that by doing this some people will die! How bizarre. Other Countries seem to want to stop their people getting ill, Boris we want to make the strong stronger and some of the weak will die!

Science lead

Boris said that all the advice is being science lead - which is a great thing to do. But given that this is a new virus how much science is there out there to do their models?  Also, models from scientists quite rightly look at science and put things in place that they think will happen. One thing it seems is the scientists use the fact that if they tell people not to panic-buy then that people wouldn't do that. But this is clearly not the case so if they have put that into the plan and then other things roll off the back of that, that means if people do panic buy then all the other things in the scientist's plans will not happen, so the questionability of the models has to be questioned. That seems to be happening with over 200 scientists writing an open letter saying such things. The government has now said they will publish their model plans so these scientists and others can review it and that has to be congratulated but why nor share it sooner?

Hero or Villian

But Boris doing something different to what the rest of the world is not doing then he is taking a gamble with our health and lives. and if he gets it right then Boris will be a genius if he gets it wrong and the rest of the world will not be. But if Boris gets it wrong then very serious questions will and should be asked.

Wigan Labour Cllrs give themselves a pay rise and back date it 12 months

Wigan Council has just recently had it's annual Budget meeting and typical Labour-controlled council have given themselves a pay rise. Some will say ok. But then you read on from the document and you see that they have backdated it. one month? Two maybe? No nearly a year. How on earth do they justify nearly a years backdated pay rise?

It is not too dissimilar to Labour Cllr Fred walker who said I have never claimed any expenses on his re-election campaign - got re-elected and then and whacked in £20K of expenses. That is again just shocking and shouldn't have been allowed.

On the elections, Labour have been caught out before using taxpayers money for their leaflets. They have paid resident group money and then that group has gone and paid for Labour leaflets and given that Labour Cllrs have to give a kickback to the Labor party locally for elections I bet the 12 months has been backdated for that purposes to prop up their campaign funds after the kicking they got in the general election. This is wrong and again should not be allowed.

But also Labour has given their Cllrs that sit on Tenants group a pay rise too and I bet this is also backdated and again used for the local elections funds. So in essence on this basis, Labour have just given themselves about £10K for their election funds This is a disgraceful act and should be outlawed.

I am shocked thatCllrs never knew this and never spoke up about it in the Council chamber and here is the link for those that want to see it in black and white.

Covid 19 and how it could affect democracy

As we all know the Corona Virus is spreading and more and more cases are reported around the UK, and the world. The Government have to handle the issue and it affects so many parts of lives and there could be widespread disruption the PM is saying.

As part of one element of life, we have the Local Elections coming up in May and the Government are trying to delay the spread of the virus. One area of planning that needs to be considering is polling day as polling stations around the country will be opened up and official notifications for the elections will be going up shortly.

On polling days at certain times, the polling stations are a meeting area and would the Government stop Local Elections? They could make it an all postal vote system - although historically that has benefitted labour so the tories may not want to opt for that for political reasons plus there will be people just meeting and touch one area - the post box so it could spread there as well. They could well postpone the election. That would be affecting democracy and what would happen to the Cllrs terms that end in May. Will they have to stand down as their notice have said? If it is postponed how long far? Democracy has to be allowed to take place at the earliest opportunity if delayed.

Also, there are the counts were the candidates, agents and others all meet to see the count and this is again another area the Government may want to view? Keeping it behind closed doors is not one option as the candidates and agents have to be allowed to watch the process so there is no fiddling, unlike last year where there was.

If the Government is going to postpone the elections they will need to tell candidates soon otherwise they could put application for costs for all their elections material.

So we will wait and see but the question that needs to be answered in this area is will Covid 19 affect local democracy?

Boris Johnson hides from Press again and again

With the impasse on Brexit now sorted - thank the lord - we get back to normal business. What is strange with regards to Boris Johnson is the fact he repeatedly hides from the press.

You may remember in the General Election (December 2019) when he was being asked questions by the press he went and hid in a fridge, yes that is right a fridge. That was caught on national TV.  I mean it comes to something when the Prime Minister of this country hides in a fridge from the national mainstream media like ITV morning show.

But that was not the only situation when 10 Downing Street was doing a press briefing the press pack all turned up and then they were separated some on one side and the others on the other. Why the separation? Because of the press reporters had written negative stories they were banned from going into the briefing. In the ends, those that were allowed in walked out in protest that the Prime Minister was trying to block being scrutinised by the press.

In the end, it is only right that in the wake of no or poor opposition that this country has in terms of Labour it is even more important that the scrutinised from the press. Otherwise, you end up with a Government doing bad decisions because they do not get held to account.

With regards that in the Country whereby Labour are poor opposition and maybe that will change after they choose their new leader but here in Wigan we have poor opposition from the Tories. And just like we need a strong opposition in the Country we need that in Wigan too otherwise they get away with what they are doing.

Operation floret whitewash?

So here it is! An eagerly awaited update on Operation floret. The investigation into the corruption between high ranking Police Officers in Greater Manchester Police ( from now on GMP) and Labour-run Wigan Council.

First of thank you for your patients. I did say this blog post would be up last night and I had to just delay by 24 hours to get a couple of things checked out but the number of people contacting me asking when it is coming is clearly evidenced that whilst GMP and the Labour-run council called Wigan Council are hoping this goes away - it wouldn't! So thank you for contacting me and your patients.

There are 4 complaints made by 4 individuals - I am one of them. In case you are not aware of the story here that blog post about it.

So when I made my complaint I was unaware of any other complaints from anyone else. When I met senior officers in GMP I made it very clear that I didn't expect anything other than a whitewash. They gave me their assurances that it wouldn't be. And I trusted them.

After some time the complaints ( I am only aware of mine at this time ) was transferred to the professional standards division of GMP. To me, my concerns of a whitewash were disappearing as I was told as well as mine there was a similar complaint and because corruption had been identified by senior officer (s) they were sending it over to the IOPC. The IOPC worked with GMP and after some time gave GMP guidance on how they could deal with the complaint. I asked how on earth could this happen and professional standards told me due to them already finding the corruption and officers involved that they would not be able to deal with it and they would now more than likely pass it over to another police force in the country to investigate. That made sense.

I was surprised when I learnt that GMP had assigned it over to another officer in GMP to investigate? They said because he wasn't aware of the case they could see it from the beginning. I thought OK we have to go with it.

It took some time for them to get in touch and when they did I asked for them to be fully up to speed before we met - and this was agreed. During the months we have been in touch and go through the investigation and met a number of times.

I learnt in the Times article about the other complainants and their plight too. I now can exclusively reveal that Peter Franzen and Robert Bleakley reports have been concluded by GMP and they are disgusted at what they have read. Peter Franzen calls the report - " a whitewash with half-truths, lies and contradictions!"

The report would have been written by the same Officer in GMP and even on the same day or within days of each other. Both reports would then have to be signed off by GMP.

One report says that Donna Hall had 5 tyres slashed. Yet the next one says 6 tyres. So which is it? In the case of Peter Franzen he had police in full riot gear and battering rams knock his door down in when they went to arrest him for this malicious libellous allegation made by Donna Hall. On this point just hold that thought - interesting point coming. But yet the report into his complaint says that only 2 officers were wearing riot gear. That doesn't even make sense to me. Why would 2 officers have full riot gear on and the other 6 are left with normal gear? Peter Franzen knew that the assault on his home was captured by body cameras and he has asked GMP to review the footage and also for him to have a copy to move the report is a lie. To date, he has not seen the footage or been provided one.

From the time he was arrested to being dropped from being investigated was 2 years. Robert Bleakey and Cllr Bob Brierley were under investigation for 1 yr. Collectively 4 yrs and then me for best part of 6 months until I took GMP to the High Court and GMP ran for the hills.  During that time given that Donna Hall said she had 6 or was it 5 tyres slashed? Even GMP don't know - no receipts for tyres, no CCTV footage was ever shown or provided. With no evidence what so ever you would ask how and why would GMP even go and arrest them if it for not corrupt reason? A simple question that would need to be answered. In the reports from GMP it doesn't even address this.

Also, the investigation never went and interviewed the senior officer who authorised the arrest, detention and investigation in the first place. What? How can GMP seriously think that their investigation could be described as anything else apart from a whitewash and the investigation team doesn't even interview the people being accused of the corruption? Maybe some out there are saying maybe GMP didn't see anything wrong. Well, don't forget I had and, I presume others, had been told GMP had found the corruption and officers involved.

So now Peter Franzen and Robert Bleakley have instructed solicitors to take action against GMP for this and I understand a letter of claim has now been sent into GMP starting the legal case against GMP.

Now I did say hold that thought when I said Donna Hall had complained about the other 3 that were arrested. GMP have confirmed to me that she complained in a personal capacity but it was actually...... are you sitting comfortably???? Well, it was none other than  Alsion McKenzie Folan that GMP said put the complaint in against them on behalf of Donna Hall. Some of you may be saying who on earth is Alison whatever her name is? She is the then deputy chief executive of Wigan Council and since Donna Hall got sacked because of all this she got the promotion to the Chief Executive. Proving that Wigan council are neck-deep in this action.

So what about me? I hear you ask.

Well, I met, again, the GMP officers again at the beginning of December last year and it was clear that one of two things were happening, another whitewash was trying to be done or incompetence. I rule the latter out on the basis they are senior ranking and I do not believe they get there for incompetence.

Again the arresting officer - who has since met me and apologised to me for his part in this - would not be interviewed. I was told he would be the last one to be interviewed as he had a lot to answer. However, he would be able to tell the investigation team which senior officer was in the middle of this. I already knew who the senior officer was. I was told that the investigation could not find any corruption. I said a list of key evidence including the letter from the corrupt head of Legal Services at Wigan Council who sent my bail conditions to me 5 hours before I was even arrested? Response - O Yeah we can't get around that. I better look at this again. I guess you had.

Also, the senior ranking officer was not connected to one of the most senior police officers in GMP - I replied apart from the fact the senior officer worked for them for a number of years. Response - O yeah that could be the link. Really is this the best GMP can do?

The senior officer who authorised my arrest, detention and breach of human rights would also not be arrested. I seriously complained of that and Operation Floret team agreed that they should actually be interviewed? This was to be done before Xmas and I would get a full update the first week of January. This meeting has still not taken place as GMP keep bouncing it - even though they are out of their own guidelines and terms of reference. I can only presume they can't whitewash my complaint and because of the serious concerns I have and how this investigation has now clearly gone I have made a representation to GMP to say I have now lost total faith in this investigation after I have given them a good chance to resolve the matter and made an official complaint and said this should now be - like what GMP suggested themselves at the beginning - that another Police Force in the country be assigned the investigation as they are truly independent and can be the only ones now that can give GMP investigation in the corruption scandal any credibility now.

You will not believe this - and this is serious.

So I have learnt so much into the corruption of this case and one of the things that is seriously worrying is it was only about a week ago serious questions were asked of GMP on how they let vulnerable children down in the grooming scandal we all saw on the news. But I can reveal the officer who Donna Hall complained to was a very high ranking officer in a child protection unit and because Donna Hall had her mobile number and rang her to do the arrests and corruption, and she did. She used officers from her own team for this Donna Hall's case and that has taken valuable resources away from those serious crimes that would need to be looked at. Proof that Donna Hall didn't go through the proper channels she simply rang a mate up and pulled in some favours. And have children in Greater Manchester been let down yet again by GMP? Shouldn't those officers been dealing with the very things that they were responsible for and not some political stunt that has blown up in Donna Hall and GMP's faces?

Estimate so far into all this corruption that Donna Hall has cost taxpayers is now being talked in the region of £5 million. How much extra police could we have had for that? How many more school teachers could we have? How many potholes repaired?

Also, we know GMP has said that Donna Hall made these malicious false allegations in a personal capacity and Wigan Council have now confirmed - in writing- that the head of Legal Services - was working for her. Given that she didn't do the complaints as Chief Executive then, just like in the High Court Case against Cllr Steve Jones, she should pay the taxpayers money back. Why should Wigan taxpayers pay for her crimes? Yes trying to illegally sack a democratically elected Cllr and misuse of public office is a crime!

Wigan Council guilty of discrimination

So on Friday last week, I wrote a blog post about how Wigan Council are chickened out of the court they brought against me. this was a case they brought saying that I hadn't paid my Council Tax. Why did they do this? I always said it was a stupid dirty political game. I had always paid my Council Tax. Here is last Friday's story if you missed it.

Anyway, what happened today Here you say? Well as I was told you the Council did chicken out and did not attend. The magistrates where there. The usher was there. I was there. Even the press was there. But no claimant - Wigan Council. It was confirmed that the Council had dropped the case late on Friday.

So on that note, I put a claim in for Costs in against the Council. It was difficult at that point for magistrates as they have to allow someone to defend themselves. I informed the courts that I had told the Council that I was coming for costs and to attend and they chose not to so a ruling could be made in their absence.

The magistrates were not convinced at this point that was the right thing to do. So I said if they adjourned the hearing again and we all had to come back because the lazy bar stools that are the Council couldn't be at a court hearing that they had asked for then it would mean another day off work. Which would result in the claim for costs would be higher. Therefore, Wigan Taxpayers would be disadvantaged again because of this corrupt Council that is Wigan Council. Also, it would waste more courts time. Also, I said that the council want me to apply to sue them civilly. Which would incur more costs and more court time! Seriously how much money do the Council want to waste?

The courts heard my objection to all of this and another hearing and we adjourned for a small-time so the courts could call the Council and see if they wanted to come across the road for their hearing. The Council refused. So the courts came forward with a great idea. That was for me to put a written response into the court and then they would give the Council till Friday to put their defence into them and me and then a Judge will sit next Tuesday and make a decision on written arguments. That way I don't need another day off work and the costs would not climb as great as if I had to attend and the council.

Although this still wastes the court time.

So after the hearing, I thought the Council are across the road I will pop over and show them all the evidence they would have seen had they turned up to their hearing and sort it out without wasting the courts time next week. When I got there an officer came out and I talked them through everything and how it was the Council fault and he still wouldn't have it. So I asked how on earth they think they will win and why waste time? He said that I had to pay my Council tax on the 1st of the month and as I didn't pay it on the 1st of the month and as I paid in on the 23 April I missed April's payment. Sorry, the stupidity at this level is beyond me. I am what? At best the payment is late and not missed. NO was his response you missed it.

Stay with me gets interesting at this point

I then went on to say that I have always paid between the 23 and 27th of the month and have done for years. Wigan Council's response we can't comment on past years but only this one. So I say hundred's of thousands of taxpayers pay their council tax at the end of the month when they get paid. The officer agreed. So I asked why am I different? Response - I can't comment on that!

What is this guy for real? So I ask - just for clarity that it is OK for the vast majority of taxpayers in Wigan to pay their bill before the end of the month but I can't? Answer - Yes! Asked why this I? The guy came back with I can't comment on that....lol....now this is so stupid is laughable. So I put it to him that it is because I am who I am and I am being discriminated against. He wouldn't comment which I said please don't I don't want you to make this easier for a discrimination case than what it already is.

Conclusion
So the Council started this lie off just to try and give me bad pres- which they have done - now they have a claim for costs against them, which I am pretty sure I will be successful on costing the taxpayers of Wigan. This money should come out of their own pockets - they would soon stop their stupid games then, but hey.

We will root these evil corrupt bar stools out one by one. We got rid of Donna Hall and Cllr Peter Smith and we will continue to purge this Council till it is clean, decent and honest. Otherwise, how can the people of Wigan be served?

Wigan Council chicken out of court case

So I understand that Wigan Council doesn't only hate me but despise me with a passion.  One officer says my name has been banned from being spoken in the corridors of power. Apparently, I'm that person...lol, so funny. Well I mean after I was Cllr Steve Jones McKenzie friend and took them and their former lying dictator, in the form of Donna Hall, to the high court and won. Not once but twice!!! That lead to her being sacked and also the former leader of the Council being removed from his position.

Then there was the case where the lying thing - Donna Hall - got her dodgy corrupt copper mate to lock me and others up, which resulted in yes you guessed it - me taking GMP to the High Court and GMP legged it and didn't even contest it due to the hard-hitting evidence that I had on them. Then the head of legal services and chief executive of the council then stole the local election off me, well they stole it off the people, not me.

So it wasn't looking good for Liar Donna Hall and Wigan Council so they set out a plan to try and just get "bad press" on me, no matter what. They couldn't find anything. So they just thought let's make it up. So they said I hadn't paid my Council Tax. How dumb are these people? So the court date last July comes and I turn up and ready to go toe to toe with them-with my evidence. The council staff wanted to see my defence before I went into court with them. I told them to sod off. They sent another staff member over asking could they see it, he got the same response. They went into court first to prepare - talk to the judge - bless. Usher comes out, "can you give me your evidence, the judge would like to see it". This is just a magistrate judge. I answer, "he will see it when I am in court and not before". We all know what was going on here.

I go into court the judge is like I can't hear this case. I am like why? Conflict of interest! What conflict of interest. The judge says I bought my house off his sister. So? I smell a rat and know exactly where this is going and I will get it on the record. I reply, "So what? Unless I gazumped you then there is no conflict of interest." We go back and forth saying I can't challenge the conflict of interest. Who can't?

So I say I want the conflict of interest noting on the official record and I want a copy. I then say I will take that it to the High Court and ask a High Court judge for a Judicial Review and get a ruling on it. Guess what??????? The judge says, "well I have read your blog!"

BINGO!!!!!!

So I say, "OK, so are you saying that you have a biased opinion of me and therefore you can't make an impartial judgement?" He reluctantly says, "yes", then quickly adds on, "I might like your blog". O really. :-)

So the hearing gets adjourned and the local press runs the story I have not paid my council tax. This is exactly what the Council were planning - bad press for me. So we get another date and then that gets adjourned in October of last year. Then we have a new date for Monday 6 Jan 20. Next Monday.

Guess what? I get an email from the council late this afternoon saying the whole thing has gone away and they have my money after all. How thick are they? Do they think they can slur my name and get away with it? Nope! I have spoken with the council and said the Courts have not informed me and therefore I will be turning up after I took legal advice. They are like we are not coming, we can not get an order as the bill has been paid. I inform them that I am going for costs now and that is what I will be doing.

Yet again why they play these stupid political games? The loser is the taxpayers! Because of the first hearing, they are getting a District judge to come in from outside the area. One that hasn't read my blog I hope and there is no conflict of interest again.  It is too late for the courts to cancel that appointment so they have their salary to pay and expenses for travelling into the area. Then they have all the other times and hearings too.

The whole thing so far, without my costs yet, have cost the taxpayers of Wigan over £2,500 for Labour's stupid political games. Once my costs are added the total bill will rise. Well done Wigan Council and Labour for wasting taxpayers money again.

So far with all these political games of trying to sack a democratically elected member  Cllr Steve Jones and others have cost the taxpayers over £1.5 million. A staggering amount !! The unfortunate thing is I am aware of other things and legal cases that are about to start against the Council which are huge and I suspect the figure I quote will double at least. The taxpayers should not have to pick up Labours political games bill. But for me looking into the future I can see another couple of P45's coming for some of the Council's hierarchy. And I think I shouldn't be glee about this but then I have to remind myself they have brought what is coming to them - themselves and the stupidity should stop now! Taxpayers money is too important.

I have read that the Government is looking to bring tests in for civil servants in Whitehall to check if they can do the job and right for the job. I don't think the government should not stop for Whitehall staff but test local authority hierarchy as well and root out corrupt and or incompetence staff.
