Many people have been asking where is Cllr Steve Jones case up to with his claim agianst Wigan Council. You will all know how former Chief Executive Donna Hall tried to illegally sack him and meddle with democracy.
After tbat victory he wanted Wigan Council to stop their lies and apologise to him. They refused! After months of trying to resolve it is clear that Wigan Council do not want to try and reso,ve the matter therefore leaving Cllr Steve Jones no other choice.
Juliy 17th in the High Court Cllr Steve Jones will be able to present his case and many mnore horrible things that Donna Hall as Chief Executive, along with former leader Cllr Peter Smith and Wigan Council did to him. It is disgusting. I will not repeat on here but leave it for Cllr Steve Jones to present his case in the High Court but when ALL the facts come out in the public domain people will be disgusted! And rightly so.
For many months Wigan Council have tried to dodge this Legal battle but the date is set.
