Complaint against me.....AGAIN!

Today I received a letter from the head of legal services on Wigan Council to inform me that yet again a person (attached to Labour) made an allegation that I was rude and insulting to them and the Clerk and Parish Councillprs. But yet this complaint comes from who shouted out from the public gallery... "Look at the soft sod spitting his dummy out." Now if they thought that when they made these kind of remarks and not get a reaction there are wrong. If there wanted a reaction they got a reaction.

Also the complainant said that I was disclosing private matters in confidential items to the public. but if they are a member of the public and a Labour Hack then how would they know what was being said in confidential items unless they were being told.

The truth of the matter I knew that Labour would get up to their usual tricks coming up to the elections and the fact that the Standards Committee has rejected it straight out just goes to show that the are desperate and will try any tactic to get rid of me. Why not stand against me if you want to get rid of me Mr Moates?

I have no doubt that the PC and it's members are concluding already on their next complaint against me. Whilst they are busy playing stupid games I will continue the way that this useless Parish Council works and will continue to fight for a fair deal for the residents of Shevington and to get them a referendum.

  1. If you want to get your facts right start with my name it is Moakes.Secondley were did you get the idea that i was labour if you would have asked your sister she could have told you different.Anyway I thought that politics were supposed to be put aside at the PC meetings.
As far as the confidential matter is concerned you put it on your blog and i knew it hadnt been mentioned in the public part of the meeting.
As far as the dummy comment is concerned it was said to my wife and if you want to publish it you should get your quote right first.

  2. Sounds like some one is upset. Probably because it was not what him and the other Labour cronies wanted and were hoping for.

Sorry for spelling you're name wrong no offense meant by that.

I find it crazy that you suggest that I should ask my sister what polictical party you support. As for putting politics to one side at pc well I guess that was never going to happen after the chairman little outburst at my first pc meeting and the insults that I get from the other PC Cllrs and people like you

  3. Anyone who cares to ask knows they were fully paid up memebers of your sisters fan club. Now who looks silly?

  4. Don't think so...the phrase two face comes to mind for the previous comment. The only one that looks silly is the fact that the standards committee states that I am not doing the thinks alledged but I am challenging. Now there is independent proof that Labour does not like to be challenged.

  5. There is a difference between being challenging and being obstructive.
Are you saying that any resident of Shevington who questions you at a PC meeting is automaticaly a labour crony.

  6. Any one can question me and my actions or which way I vote. But th difference is IDO NOT and HAVE NOT ever asked anyone to ask a question to someone else like Labour do.But if you are a Labour crony then your a Labour crony we all know it so I can't see why your so upset apart from maybe being found out once and for all and your disguise has been blown.

  9. This issue really does show how Labour and their cronies are upset at not getting past the first hurdle and their plan has failed again. It is called open and transparent but I guess these labour cronies will keep trying to say they are not Labour but they are only fouling themselves.

  11. Mr Moakes I don't think so, I do believe that the letter from the Standards Committee said that they are not going any further with your complaint against myself. This surely means that you lost it Sir and from the post that you have done it is clear that you lost it and are very upset.

    Better luck next time.

I recommend a visit to a Parish Council meeting to all Shevington residents. There you will see how, why, and where your hard earned Brass is spent.
